Types:

Bimetal

• MIAFLEX M42 QUALITY: Excellent value for money. M42 quality saw blade bimetallic bands with resistant cutting edges. 
• PF M42 QUALITY: Specifically developed for cutting structures, tubes and profiles avoiding the teeth breaking caused by constant hitting on those type of materials. 
• M42 QUALITY: Special steels with a high content of cobalt and molybdenum in the cutting edge. It´s generally applied on all kind of steels resistant to a maximum hardness of 45 HRC. Available on fixed and variable toothed. 
• M51 QUALITY: Cobalt and tungsten special alloy. Recommended to cut austenitic steels, exotics alloys, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium and special bronzes up to 50 HRC. Only available on variable toothed.

Carbon

• SUPER PLUS 2% W quality: High quality tool steel with optimal alloy for cutting all types of materials in general. Unlike other conventional carbon steel blades, our Tungsten-Silicon-Chromium alloy of the tooth tips increases their resistance to wear.
  

Hard metal

• HM QUALITY:  Saw blade with hard metal points allow to apply higher cutting speed and to decrease cutting times. The quality of the hard metal plates are suitable to cut exotic materials and their alloys (Titanium, Molybdenum, Amco, Inconel, bronze aluminium alloy) up to 62 HRC. Available on fixed and variable toothed as well as hard metal points Titanium coated.
